The Purgation

Hey everyone,

and so it begins, the official Purgatorium Director’s Blog.

I’m starting this blog for the following reasons:

1) As a guide for other first-time indie filmmakers – every director has their own method for getting their work onscreen, this is the path I’ve taken. I hope you’ll be able to learn from my mistakes and take away pointers from my successes.

2) To give myself a space to reflect on the filmmaking process and to document key events so I have a record of my journey into the unknown.

I’ll try to be concise, but sometimes I’ll ramble. Expect lots of pictures and video.
